Bids must be submitted on or before 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 26, 2016, to the Melba School District Administration Office, 511 Broadway, Melba, Idaho. Bids received after the stated time and date will not be considered.
The Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept, reject or to select any portion of any or all bids and to waive any technicality. No bidder may withdraw his bid after the opening of such bids unless the awarding of the bid is delayed for a period exceeding thirty days.
